Globalization Speeds Up. Council on Foreign Relations Reveals Plan to Submerge America into a "North American Union."

When the American Free Press recently reported that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is actively promoting a North American Currency called the "Amero" as part of its plan to submerge the United States into a "North American Union," I was not surprised. Deconstituting America represents the planned endgame of those whose aim is total global control. While I do not share the author's somewhat xenophobic concern regarding our porous borders, his other points are important:
"The “Amero,” is the name of the new currency proposed by Robert Pastor, a vice chairman of the CFR task force that produced the report “Building a North American Union.” It will replace the U.S. dollar, the Canadian dollar and the Mexican peso.

Last year, Pastor, the director of the Center for North American Studies at American University, and author of the book, Toward a North American Community, testified before the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee in favor of limiting the power and sovereignty of the United States in deference to the CFR’s desired super-regional entity.

Building a North American Union is the blueprint contrived by globalist groups like the CFR and Bilderberg. The North American Union is proposed to supplant the sovereign governments of the United States, Canada and Mexico with a “super-regional governance board.”

Under the North American Union, Congress is to be superseded by a North American Parliamentary Group. As corrupt as Congress is, an unelected “parliamentary group” would be infinitely worse."
At first I wasn't entirely sure that the American Free Press report was accurate, having observed a tendency towards exaggeration on the internet with respect to the issue. But, after looking at the CFR's own website, it is clear that the CFR is moving in exactly the way described.

According to the complete CFR report: "At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action." Although the report attempts to placate anticipated criticism by stating that "we must maintain respect for each other’s national sovereignty," Robert Pastor, the vice-chair of the Task Force which produced the report, recently testified to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that:

"This trilateral approach should be institutionalized in a new North American Advisory Council... the Commission or Council should be lean, independent, and advisory, composed of 15 distinguished individuals, 5 from each nation. Its principal purpose should be to prepare a North American agenda for leaders to consider at biannual summits and to monitor the implementation of the resulting agreements."
He went on to recommend that:

"The U.S. Congress should also merge the U.S.-Mexican and U.S.-Canadian interparliamentary groups into a single North American Parliamentary Group. A third institution should be a Permanent Tribunal on Trade and Investment."

It was in his book, Toward a North American Community, published by the Institute for International Economics (IIE), that Pastor laid out "a detailed proposal and specific recommendations for new institutions and "North American policies," including plans for infrastructure and transportation, immigration and customs, [and] a unified currency [the Amero]..."

Take a look at the Board of Directors of the IIE. Now take a look at the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations. The amount of overlap is astonishing, including the fact that they share the same Chairman of the Board, Peter Peterson, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Peter Peterson's current role is Chairman of the Blackstone Group, a private equity firm with close links to Henry Kissinger, war criminal, and Maurice Greenberg who recently stepped down from his role as Chairman of the multinational American International Group amidst allegations of "fraudulent business practice, securities fraud, common law fraud, and other violations of insurance and securities laws." The Blackstone Group had the curious role of mortgage and insurance policy holder with Larry Silverstein at World Trade Center Building #7, the building which collapsed under mysterious circumstances on 9/11. Blackstone Group and Silverstein made a profit of $475 million on the collapse. Curiously, according to the Financial Times, "the lease has an all-important escape clause: If the buildings are struck by "an act of terrorism," the new owners' obligations under the lease are void. As a result, the new owners are not required to make any payments under their lease, but they will be able to collect on the loss of the buildings that collapsed or were otherwise destroyed and damaged in the attacks." Pretty good financial planning I'd say. In February of 2000, Kissinger, Peterson and Greenberg announced a strategic advisory venture. I worry what their strategy is now.

Americans and people of conscience worldwide might wonder, what's so bad about a North American Union and a common currency? Might I answer that question by pointing to Richard Haass, current president of the CFR and his biography. Mr. Haass was the "Former State Department Director of Policy Planning and lead U.S. official on Afghanistan... and principal Middle East adviser to President George H.W. Bush (1989-93)." Given the disastrous outcome of the Bush Presidents' policies in both Afghanistan and the Middle East, might I ask who in their right mind would support a policy promoted by such an organization and its President?

Policies are only as good as the people that implement them, and no policy was ever promoted based on its obvious flaws. The main flaw in the North American Union proposition is that, despite protestations to the contrary, it will inevitably erode America's national sovereignty and with it the rights enjoyed under its Constitution. Already under attack by the "Patriot" Acts, the Department of Homeland Security, legalized no knock searches, NSA spying and extrajudicial "renditions" of "terrorist suspects," the American Constitution shines like a diamond of political philosophy, despite the dust kicked over it by hopeful dictators within the international political establishment. The death of the American Constitution would have devastating effects on the morale of both Americans and international human rights activists. History shows that globalization proceeds in baby steps. The strategy is known as boiling the frog slowly, or the Fabian Strategy, and was used by the elitist "socialist" Fabian society in England to erode the English culture's common law traditions in favor of bureaucratic superstructures. The Fabian society's direct descendants are "Labor Party" President Tony Blair and England's Orwellian police state. Vanity Fair editor Henry Porter does a good job denouncing this trend in his current article entitled Blair's Big Brother Legacy.

Porter invokes Winston Churchill's respect for England's unwritten constitution in his criticism of Blair:

"If you will not fight for the right," he once growled, "when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

Churchill lived in far more testing times than ours, but he always revered the ancient tradition of Britain's "unwritten constitution." I imagined him becoming flesh again and walking purposefully toward Downing Street—without security, of course—there to address Tony Blair and his aides on their sacred duty as the guardians of Britain's Parliament and the people's rights.

For Blair, that youthful baby-boomer who came to power nine years ago as the embodiment of democratic liberalism as well as the new spirit of optimism in Britain, turns out to have an authoritarian streak that respects neither those rights nor, it seems, the independence of the elected representatives in Parliament. And what is remarkable—in fact almost a historic phenomenon—is the harm his government has done to the unwritten British constitution in those nine years, without anyone really noticing, without the press objecting or the public mounting mass protests. At the inception of Cool Britannia, British democracy became subject to a silent takeover."

I can't help but say a short prayer of thanks for the efforts of Washington, Madison and Jefferson, for despite their flaws, at least they wrote down the Bill of Rights and enshrined it as the Supreme Law of the Land. "Patriot" Acts may come and go, but they will never eclipse the Constitution, so long as real patriots remember its words.

Modern Americans, true to their heritage, are not standing by idly. The important film about 9/11 entitled Loose Change, now in its third edition, has received over five million international internet downloads, in several languages. It documents the controlled demolition of the World Trade Center and the complicity of the Luciferian New World Order apparatus. Loose Change is only one of several productions documenting the 9/11 covert operation and coverup. "Who Killed John O'Neill," about the famed FBI counterterrorism chief who died under suspicious circumstances at the WTC on 9/11 is also receiving rave reviews.

Aaron Russo, famed producer of musical acts such as The Who and movies such as "Trading Places," has just released a new documentary called "America: From Freedom To Fascism" which will be in theatres shortly. It documents the deceptive practises of the Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS, which essentially operate as a clever fraud to privatise the profits and labor of all Americans. Here's what CBS news had to say about the film:

"FOUR STARS (Highest Rating). The scariest damn film you'll see this year. It will leave you staggering out of the theatre, slack-jawed and trembling. Makes 'Fahrenheit 9/11' look like 'Bambi.' After watching this movie, your comfy, secure notions about America -- and about what it means to be an American -- will be forever shattered. Producer/director Aaron Russo and the folks at Cinema Libre Studio deserve to be heralded as heroes of a post-modern New American Revolution. This is shocking stuff. You'll be angry, you'll be disgusted, but you may actually break out in a cold sweat and feel a sickness deep in your gut; I would advise movie theatre managers to hand out vomit bags. You may end up needing one." --- Todd David Schwartz, CBS."

Regarding the New American Revolution...it's about time. Thomas Jefferson himself recognized the need for regular revolution, recognizing the inexorable tendency of Lucifer and his human agents to diabolical political machinations. The race is on between Lucifer's New World Order and God's good people, and just as the people had started to win using the phenomenal power of the internet's decentralized information architecture, the corporate head of the hydra steps in with plans to privatise the internet and put the people in "the slow lane." According to SavetheInternet.com, "The nation's largest telephone and cable companies, including AT&T, Verizon, Comcast and Time Warner” want to be Internet gatekeepers, deciding which Web sites go fast or slow and which won't load at all." I'd say it's time to make some noise. US Capitoll Hill Switchboard: (888) 355-3588 or +1.202.224.3121. Find your favorite lawmaker at Congress.org.
