I saw this billboard today...

Dear America

I tried to go back later and snap a picture but it was too dark. I wasn't the only one to see it though and found a link.
 
The one I saw is in Phoenix. The one in the picture is from somewhere else, I don't know where. I found the link in a thread posted last August. So the billboards have been around for a few months.
