this is the worst thing i've ever heard of. michael jackson is a saint compared to these people...
i'm watching oprah today (i usually don't do this) and they are talking about sexual abuse toward kids.

horrible story about a little 5 month old girl that was gang raped in africa because there's a myth going on that if a man with aids or hiv has sex with a virgin child they will be cured. a 5 month baby girl was slit from vagina to anis so that she would be used to "cure" a disease.
thank god she didn't die. thank god she doesn't have aid/hiv. and thank god she found a new home.

There was an article about the myth in Jane a few months ago...it is horrible that someone would do that with a child.
