I don't have the video (if anyone does please send it), but emailer Mike says:

"About 20 mins ago (2 pm pacific) Shepard Smith identified himself as from Fox news and said they were live on air, then asked a New Orleans man what he was still doing in the city. The man replied "None of your fucking business"
