New York City - Employee survivors of "Windows On The World" atop the World Trade Center will open another restaurant today.
It's called Colors, and it's owned by the workers not scheduled to work on September 11th.
The restaurant is completely democratic, with waiters, busboys, bartenders, chefs and dishwashes all having a stake in the venture.
Dishwashers will make at least $13.50 an hour.
