Here's a quick video clip about how FEMA was to be used for supressing politcal descent amoung other things. There's also a great clip of Oli North in a congressional hearing, and when questioned about FEMA, a congressman was told that was off topic.
(There's also other great videos on that site under 'NWO' having to do with a one world govn't, 9/11, and wrestling too! :) )
