I mean, there are signs that the text is not presented in its entirety. There are "snip" markers in a couple of places, which usually means that some of the original text was intentionally left out. I was just wondering if you had a link to the full version.
 
No, that's the full document. That was originally posted on 911CitizensWatch.org, and he has a habit of taking out a snippet from the article, and posting a [sic] paragraph for the introduction.
